In the beginning, partial prototypes were made to specify the requirements, which included pre-designing the propeller, motor, and battery, as well as validating ergonomics.

A complete demonstrator was created using commercial components for motorization and electronics, primarily using rapid prototyping for mechanical parts. This product has enabled TEMO to conduct full-scale trials, commercial demonstrations and pre-orders.

We then assisted the manufacturer and the plastic injector, with whom we evolved the components to their serial definition, allowing a manufacturing in line with the cost and the expected quality.

BA Technics maintains product monitoring throughout the industrialization phase, providing technical support and making any necessary changes. BA Technics is also involved in the development of the TEMO product range
